Agreement
These Terms of Use govern your use of the Qrofr app and qrofr.com website operated by Frogtoon Media. By downloading, accessing, or using Qrofr, you agree to these terms. Effective date: November 1, 2026.
The service
Qrofr lets you scan codes and snap what is in front of you, save results to a Library on your device, and optionally sync that Library when you sign in. Features may change as we improve the product. Some lookups open third-party sites or apps; we do not control those services.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Qrofr for your own non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms and App Store rules. You may not copy, reverse engineer, rent, or resell the app except as allowed by law.
Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your signed-in account. Keep your sign-in credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract where you live (and at least 13).
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Qrofr: no unlawful scanning or recording, no harassment, no attempts to break or overload our systems, no scraping our service in ways that harm others, and no uploading content you do not have rights to. You are responsible for complying with local laws when you photograph people, property, or documents.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you Save. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content only as needed to operate Library sync and the features you use. You represent that you have the rights needed to Save and sync that content.
Disclaimer
Qrofr is provided “as is.” Listing facts, place names, translations, product matches, and similar results can be incomplete or wrong. Always verify important decisions (purchases, legal documents, travel, health) with authoritative sources. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frogtoon Media and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of Qrofr. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for Qrofr in the twelve months before the claim or (b) zero dollars if the app is free.
Termination
You may stop using Qrofr at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by nature should survive (including disclaimer, liability limits, and ownership) survive termination.
